Developmental Training Centers – Production

The organization’s two Developmental Training Centers are located in Alton and Swansea, IL. The centers provide a goal-oriented program in which socialization and work-related skills are developed and maintained.

With a daily workforce of nearly 340 people, production and material handling projects provide each individual the opportunity to develop their highest level of independent functioning in a safe, caring, and productive environment.

With more than 30 years of experience, 75,000 sq. ft. of high security combined space, and two loading docks, Challenge’s production subcontracting services have been the “right fit” for many companies. A team of well-trained and expertly-supervised workers with over 22 assembly project lines are ready to serve short-term, mid-term, or long-term production needs.

Services include:  Project Management, Product Assembly, Manufacturing, Packaging, Shrink Wrapping, Warehousing, Direct Shipping, in-house Custodial, and Community Custodial (ADT)
