Discovering the Best Path to Employment for People with Disabilities Our staff strives to find the path to employment which best matches each person’s interests and abilities. We offer teens in transition from high school and adults with disabilities a customized employment plan and support services to maximize their success. Successful job employment and retention is our goal and it is achieved through our 4-step one-on-one job assessment. 1. Help people identify their individual goals 2. Assist individuals obtain documentation of disability 3. Perform skills assessment and match goals with abilities 4. Identify job placement opportunities

Job Training Services

Involves a commitment from the individual to attend weekly group sessions that are geared around teaching. Key Areas of Focus

Our transition to work program is designed to help high school students with disability find employment opportunities in the workplace that will help them discover their potential. We work with students in their senior year of high school and after graduation.

Challenge Unlimited partners with community schools by assisting students and parents transition efficiently.

We also provide coaching for schools and parents on how to obtain funding from the state government.

Through networking and community involvement Challenge Unlimited’s jobs training program team works to identify and develop job opportunities for people with disabilities.

With a dedicated team of trained job placement specialists, Challenge Unlimited partners with employers in our communities to place individuals with disabilities into jobs that promote integrated work settings. Our dedicated, trained specialists provides the worker ongoing supports designed around a person’s individual skills and capabilities. Challenge Unlimited works to support individuals through one-on-one consultation and job coaching support to prepare the job seeker for competitive employment. One on one consulting + job coaching + dedicated training specialist This process is aimed to meet the individual’s interests, goals and abilities and it is underscored by the various work opportunities we offer and seek.
