Challenge Unlimited has over 20 years of experience providing custodial services to a variety of contract locations. Currently, our employees service over 6 million square feet of space at federal sites and 224 thousand square feet of commercial space. That's more than 142 football fields!

At Challenge Unlimited, we offer custodial services at three service levels to fit individual needs:

1. Basic - includes the cleaning of visible dirt and debris from surfaces. Maintain Hard Floors, Remove Trash, Clean Drinking Fountains, Vacuum Carpets, General Spot Cleaning, Sweep and Mop Floors and Clean and Stock Rest rooms
2. Expanded - requires a higher level of effort than basic cleaning services.  These services require regular scheduled cleaning of entire surfaces regardless of whether dirt is visible
3. Prestige - Clinical cleaning service requires a higher level of effort and is applicable in wet areas (or where bodily fluids are present) such as rest rooms, locker rooms, saunas, emergency cleanups or where children are present for an extended period,  These services will require the removal of dirt of any kind, including use of disinfectant and/or germicidal detergent

Challenge Unlimited custodial contract sites include the US Department of Defense, at both Air Force and Army bases, and the General Service Administration.
