In March, the General Service Administration (GSA) awarded Challenge Unlimited staff at GSA Springfield with Certificates of Excellence "for exemplifying the highest standard of service." GSA representatives were on hand to award the framed certificates and a lunch, hosted by John Gilliland and Deb Snyder of Challenge Unlimited, was held in celebration of the award.
