Daniel Tate's success story
Daniel Tate, a person receiving services from Challenge Unlimited, was profiled recently by the Illinois Department of Human Services. In his profile, he talks about how he has found success in his community and independence in his life.
Daniel began working in the dining hall at Scott Air Force Base and, through Challenge Unlimited, received vocational training and was assisted in finding employment at Lowes. His tremendous success has led him to earn numerous state and regional awards. Daniel continues to work a Lowes and now lives independently in his own apartment.
