Charles w. named as employee of the month at gold's gym

Challenge Unlimited, Inc. Newsletter (Oct 2011) - After only a few months in the position of Housekeeping Associate at Gold’s Gym in O’Fallon, IL, Charles W. was voted Employee of the Month!
This is not a big surprise considering Charles’ history as a dedicated worker with great attendance and excellent organizational skills.
Charles began his journey with Challenge working as a Dishwasher at Scott Air Force Base dining hall for nearly two years. Having the desire for a job in the community, he then accepted a position as a Lobby Attendant and Dishwasher at McDonalds in Caseyville, IL.
After another two years at McDonalds, Charles was ready to leave food service and took the opportunity with Gold’s Gym. He was able to apply the janitorial skill he obtained as a Lobby Attendant to his new Housekeeping Associate position. When speaking with Charles he says that he really likes his job and by naming Charles Employee of the Month it shows that Gold’s Gym really likes Charles!
