since 1960. Our mission is to provide opportunities for individuals with
disabilities, which will assist them to live, work & participate in the
community. Challenge has two affiliate companies: Residential Options &
Alpha Industries. Residential Options, Inc. provides housing & living
assistance to help people with disabilities live independently in the
community. Alpha Industries is an affirmative enterprise performing service
contracts through the employment of individuals who are disadvantaged or have
disabilities. These three companies combined incorporate a total workforce of
almost 1,000 people who together are making a difference in the community.
